We know that,
Area of triangle=1÷2×base ×height
Area of triangle=1÷2×25×10.8
Area of triangle=1÷2×270
Area of triangle=135cm^2.

Rahul1708: calculation mistake
Rahul1708: the right answer is 135 cm sq.

Answer:

Area of the triangle = 135cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

The base of the triangle = 25cm

The corresponding height to the given base = 10.8cm

To find,

Area of the triangle

Recall the formula

Area of the triangle = \frac{1}{2} × base ×height

Solution:

Here base  = 25cm

height  = 10.8cm

Area of the triangle = \frac{1}{2} × base ×height

= \frac{1}{2} × 25 ×10.8

= 5.4 × 25

= 135cm²

Area of the triangle = 135cm²
