\huge\bold{Answer:}

Let,

The sides of the triangle be 5x, 12x and 13x

Perimeter of a triangle = Side + Side + Side

60 = 5x + 12x + 13x

→ 60 = 30x

→ x = \frac{60}{30}

→ x = 2

The sides of the triangle are →

5 × 2 = 10

12 × 2 = 24

13 × 2 = 26

Therefore,

The area of the triangle = \frac{1}{2} × Base × Height

= ( \frac{1}{2} × 24 × 36 ) cm²

= 432 cm²

So,

The area of the triangle is 432 cm²
