Solution

Area of Triangle having Vertices , (0, 4), (0, 0) and (2, 0 ) is given by

       =\frac{1}{2} \times {\text{Base}}\times {\text{Height}}

Because the triangle is right angled triangle having base =2 units and Height =4 units.

So, Required Area

                   =\frac{1}{2} \times4 \times 2\\\\=4

Area of the Right Triangle = 4 Square units
