Let a = 10 cm., b = 12 cm., c = 14 cm.

Area ir the triangle =

s(s−a)(s−b)(s−c)

s=

a+b+c

=

10+12+14

=

36

=18

Area of the triangle =

18(18−10)(18−12)(18−14)

=

18×8×6×4

=

9×2×8×6×4

==3×4×26–√=246–√ sq.cm.
