Vertices of triangle given :A(1,2),(3,0) &(0,0)

To Find :

Area of Triangle

Origin means those points or lines which passes through neither x axis or y axis but through( 0,0)

\bold{\boxed{Area \: of \: an \: Triangle = \frac{ |Ax(By - Cy) + Bx(Cy - Ay) + Cx(Ay - By)| }{2}}}AreaofanTriangle=2∣Ax(By−Cy)+Bx(Cy−Ay)+Cx(Ay−By)∣

Area \: of \: Triangle = \frac{ |1(0 - 0) + 3(0 - 2) + 0(2 - 0)| }{2}AreaofTriangle=2∣1(0−0)+3(0−2)+0(2−0)∣

= \frac{ |0 - 6 + 0| }{2} = \frac{6}{2} = 3 sq.units=2∣0−6+0∣=26=3sq.units
