Find the area of tringle, two side of which are 8 cm and 11 cm and perimeter is 32 cm.

Solution ⤵

Let the side of tringle be a,b,c

and 2s be it is perimeter

such That => a = 8 cm, b => 11 cm, 2s => 32 cm

Now,

a + b + c = 2s

8 + 11 + c = 32

c = 13 cm

Therefore,

Area Of Rectangle as the side:-

  1. s − a = 16 − 8 = 8,
  2. s − b = 16 − 11 = 5,
  3. s − c = 16 − 13 = 3

Hence, area of given triangle =

=>

 \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}

=>

 \sqrt{16 \times 8 \times 5 \times 3}

=>

8 \sqrt{30}  {cm}^{2}
