Here is your answer
Area of rectangle is L × B
= 60 × 30
= 1800 sq m

Radius. = 14 m
Area of quarter circle is = πr^2/4
 =  \frac{22}{7 \times 4}  \times (14) {}^{2}  \\  =  \frac{22 \times 14 \times 14}{7 \times 4}  \\  = 154m {}^{2}
Therefore Area of UNSHADED portion is
= 1800 - 154
= 1646 sq.m

Thanks
Hope it helps you

Hi

Area of UNSHADED portion is
 = 60 \times 30 -  \frac{22}{7}  \times  \frac{1}{4}  \times 14 \times 14 \\  = 1800 - 154 \\  = 1646 \: sq \: m
Hope it helps
