circumference = 2πr
perimeter of square of side 22 cm = 22×4 = 88cm

now putting this in circumference = 88 cm
2πr = 88
$2\pi \: r = 88cm \: \\ 2 \times (22 \div 7) \times r = 88 \: cm \\ r = 88 \times 7 \div 44 \\ r = 2 \times 7 \\ r = 14 \: cm$
now radius = 14 cm
then area.... =
$\pi \: {r}^{2} \\ 22 \div 7 \times {14}^{2} \\ 22 \times 14 \times 2 \\ 616 \: {cm}^{2}$
