:. Given data,

Height :- 17 cm

Width :- 13 cm

Square one side is :- 13 cm so square all side are equal

Triangle sides are 17 cm - 13 cm =4 cm

so another side will also 4 cm

and triangle base = 13 cm.... (square all side are equal )

:. To prove:- Area of triangle + Area of Square

:. Now find the area of triangle and square and add them you will get answer
