length of a rectangle = l × b

(a) l=3cm

b = 4cm

3×4 = 12cm²

.

.

(b) l=12m

b = 21m

12 × 21= 252 m²

.

.

(c) l=2km

b = 3km

2×3 = 6 km²

.

.

(d) l=2m

b= 70cm = 7/10m

2× 7/10 = 7/5 = 1.4m
