It is easy!

Radius of the smaller circules = 7 cm.

Radius of bigger circle = 14 cm.

Area of smaller circles combines =

\pi  {r}^{2}

22 / 7 × 7^2

22 / 7 × 49

22 × 7

= 154 cm^2

Area of bigger circle =

  \frac{\pi  {r}^{2}}{2}

22 × 14^2 / 2

11 × 196

= 2156 cm^2

Ans = 154 cm^2 + 2156 cm^2

2310 \:  {cm}^{2}
