Find the ares of shaded region if a rectangle and a semicircle are joined l = 8cm
b = 4cm

Area of rectangle-8×4=32cm

Area of semicircle=1/2πr²

=1/2×22/7×16×16=402.2cm

Area of shaded region= Area of semicircle- Area of rectangle

402.2-32=370.2cm²
