Find LCM of denominator..

LCM = 84...

Now, -3/7 = -36/84

-5/14 = -30/84

-7/12 = -49/84

now no are :-

=> -36/84, -30/84, -49/84

Ascending order :-

=> -30/84 , -36/84, -49/84
