Answer:

initial speed= 72km/h=20 m/s

according to the third equation of motion,

v^2=u^2+2as

0= (20)^2+2×a×25

-400=50a

a= -400/50

a= -8m/s

force=ma

F= 500×(-8)

F= -4000N

but frictional force is always opposite so required frictional force is 4000N
