AVERAGE= SUM OF OBSERVATIONS/ NO. OF OBSERVATIONS
= 7+14+21+28+35+42+49+56+63+70 / 10
=385/10
=38.5

C is the correct answer

The Average of the number is =\frac{Sum of the numbers}{Total numbers count}

Given: The first 10 multiples of 7.

7, 14, 21, 28, ......70

The above series in AP.

Therefore, Sum of the series is,

S_n=\frac{n}{2}(a+l)

n=10\\a=7\\l=70

S_{10}=\frac{10}{2}(7+70)

S_{10}=5(77)

S_{10}=385

Average =\frac{385}{10}

=38.5

Option  C is correct  answer.
