hey mate
here is the answer
________

for the average of first 20 multiples of 7
we will find
sum of first 20 multiples of 7
first term (a) = 7 and
common difference (d) = 7
no. of terms (n) = 20
by formula
\: sum \: of = \frac{n}{2} (2a + (n - 1)d) \\ n \: terms \: \: \\

 = > \frac{20}{2} (2(7) + (20 - 1)7)
 = > 10(14 + 133)
 = > 10(147)
 = > 1470
now,
1470 \div 20 \: \: is \: \: a \: \: average
= 73.5
