Here, from question,

We have to find the average of first four multiple of 7.

As we know that,

multiple of any number can be determined by multiplying the given number by natural numbers.

So, first four multiple of 7 will be,

(7\times 1) = 7, (7\times 2) = 14, (7\times 3) = 21, (7\times 4) = 28

So, for determining the average of first four multiple we will add the first four multiple and then divide by 4.

So, average of first four multiple will be,

\frac{7+14+21+28}{4} = \frac{70}{4} = 17.5

Hence, average of first four multiple of 7 will be 17.5.
