Find the average velocity of a body if it covers half of the distance with velocity of 30 km_1 and other half of 50 km_1

average velocity = [initial velocity(u) + final velocity(v)] / (2)
                           =  (u+v)/2
                            = (30 + 50) / 2
                            = 80/2
