Step-by-step explanation:

Mean (np) = 3

variance (npq)  = 2

so

q = 2/ np ;   >>  q = 2/3

we know tht  p+q=1;

now, p= (1 - q) ; >> p = 1/3  

Mean (np)=3; ∴ p=1/3

n= 3 × 3 = 9

so Distrubution = ( p+ q)^{n}

                          (1/3+2/3)^{9}
