$x(x - 9) + 27(x - 9) = 0$

$(x + 27)(x - 9) = 0$

$x = - 27 \: \: and \: \: x = 9$

$breadth = 9m$

$breadth \: cannot \: be \: negative \: so \: it \: is \: 9m$
