Let the breadth of the rectangular plot be x.

Area of the rectangular plot = l × b

So, we get

440m² = 22m × x

x = 440m² / 22m

x = 20m

Perimeter of the rectangular plot = 2 ( l + b)

= 2 (20m + 22m)

= 2 (42m)

= 84m

Answer:

Area of rectangle= length ×breadth

440=22×breadth

breath=440/22

breath=20

perimeter = 2(length+breadth)

perimeter =2(22+20)

perimeter=2×42

perimeter=82
