Answer:

Perimeter =140m

Length=45m

Perimeter = 2(l+b)

140 =2(45+b)

140 =90 + 2b

140-90 =2b

50= 2b

50÷2=b

25m=b

Area= l×b

=45×25

=1125m

Answer:-

b = 25 m

A = 1125 m²

Given :-

L = 45 m

p = 140 m

To find :-

It's area and length.

Solution:-

Perimeter of rectangle is given by :-

 \huge \boxed{ p =2 (l+b) }

Now,put the value

 140 = 2 ( 45 + b)

 140 = 90 + 2b

 140 -90 = 2b

 50 = 2b

 b = \dfrac{50}{2}

 b = 25 m

We have,

l = 45 m

b = 25 m

Then, Area of rectangle is given by :-

 \huge \boxed{A =l \times b}

 A = 45 \times 25

 A = 1125 m^2

hence,

Area of rectangle will be 1125 m².
