Given:

Length of rectangular plot = 45 m

Perimeter = 140 m

Now:

Let the breadth of rectangular plot be 'x'.

We know that:

Perimeter of rectangle = 2 (l + b)

Now:

\implies 140 = 2 (45 + x)

\implies 140 = 90 + 2x

\implies 140 - 90 = 2x

\implies 50 = 2x

\implies x = 25

So: Breadth is 25 m.

We know that:

Area of rectangle = l × b

Now:

\implies 45 × 25

\implies 1125

Therefore:

Area: \sf{1125\:m^{2}}
