Perimeter of rectangle = 2 (l+b)
= 2 (3b+b)
=2 (4b)
=8b......... (1)

as given p of rectangle= 568m........ (2)

from (1) & (2),

8b=568
b= 568/8
b= 71m

Now
2 (l+b) = 568
2 (l+71)= 568
l+71 = 568/2
l+71 = 284
l = 284 - 71
l = 213m

ar( rectangle ) = l × b
= 213 × 71

15123 \: m {}^{2}
