Length = 70 cm
Perimeter =200 cm

But, 2×(L+b)=Perimeter
=> 2×(70+B)=200
=> 140+2b=200
=> 2b=200-140
=> 2b=60
=> B=$\frac{60}{2}$
=>30
Hence, Breadth =30 cm
