Hey there!

A year which is divisible by 4 is a leap year.

1884 , 1888 , 1892 , 1896 , 1904 are the leap years between 1882 & 1906

1900 is a century year, for it to be a leap year, it needs to be divided by 400 , but it doesn't get divisible.

Number of leap year between 1882 , 1906 = 5

Set S = { 1884 , 1888 , 1892 , 1896 , 1904 }

 \quad \quad \quad  \boxed{\boxed{n(S) = 5}}

Therefore, Cardinal number of the set S is 5
