Find the cartesian equation of the line which passes through the point (-2.4.-5)
and parallel to the line given by -
x+3÷3=y-4÷5=z+8÷6​

Heya,

the equation of the line passing through (a,b,c) and parallel to the direction ratio l,m,n is given by

 \frac{x - a}{l}  =  \frac{y - b}{m}  =  \frac{z - c}{n}

Hence, the Cartesian equation of the line passing through (-2,4,-5) and parallel to (3,5,6) is given by

 \frac{x + 2}{3}  =  \frac{y - 4}{5}  =  \frac{z + 5}{6} ans
