✔️ Question :-

Find the centre and radius of the circle

⟿ 2x² + 2y² = 25

✔️ Solution :-

2x² + 2y² = 25

Divide the coeff of x² term throughout the equation,

x² + y² = 25/2

x² + y² = 12.5

Now the centre radius form is

(x - h)²+ (y -k )²= r² ------(1)

Where centre = ( h,k)

radius = r

(x - 0)² + (y - 0)² = (3.5)²

while comparing with the equation 1 ,

centre ( h,k ) = (0,0)

centre ( h,k ) = (0,0) Radius (r) = 3.5

Step-by-step explanation:

✔️ Question :-

Find the centre and radius of the circle

⟿ 2x² + 2y² = 25

✔️ Solution :-

2x² + 2y² = 25

Divide the coeff of x² term throughout the equation,

x² + y² = 25/2

x² + y² = 12.5

Now the centre radius form is

(x - h)²+ (y -k )²= r² ------(1)

Where centre = ( h,k)

radius = r

(x - 0)² + (y - 0)² = (3.5)²

while comparing with the equation 1 ,

centre ( h,k ) = (0,0)

centre ( h,k ) = (0,0) Radius (r) = 3.5
