The eq of the circle is
x^2 + y^2 - 6x + 4y - 12 = 0
The general eq is
x^2+y^2 + 2gx + 2fy + c =0
Here
2g= -6
=> g= -3
2f= 4
=> f= 2
Center = (-g,-f)
= (3,-2)
Radius= √ (g^2+f^2 -c)
= √[(-3)^2 + (2)^2 -(-12)]
= √(9+4+12)
= √25
= 5 units
x^2 + y^2 - 6x + 4y - 12 = 0
The general eq is
