Answer:(3,-2) is the centre

Step-by-step explanation:let the centre of the circle be (x,y)

Since it is a circle all the points on the circle must be equidistant from the centre

Therefore the square of their distances is the same

(x-6)²+(x+6)²=(x-3)²+(x+7)²

By solving we get

6x+2y=14. ⇒(1)

And

(x-3)²+(y+7)²=(x-3)²+(y-3)²

By solving this we get

y=-2

Substituting this is the equation(1) we get

6x+2(-2)=14

6x=14+4

6x=18

x=3

Therefore the centre of the circle is (x,y)≡(3,-2)
