centroid formula. =x1+x2+x3/3. y1+y2+y3/3

centroid of triangle= -2+2+6/3 ;. 4-2+4/3

=2. ;. 2
hence centroid of triangle is (2,2).

• From the given question :

 \bold{Step-by-step \: explanation} \\  \\  \text{According \: to \: centroid \: formula} \\   \tt  \to  x =  \frac{ x_{1} +  x_{2}  +  x_{3}  }{3}  \\  \\  \tt \to  x =  \frac{ -2+2+6}{3}  \\  \\  \tt \to x =  \frac{6}{3}  \\  \\   \green{\tt  \to x = 2} \\  \\  \tt  \to  y =  \frac{ y_{1} +  y_{2}  +  y_{3}  }{3}  \\  \\  \tt \to  y =  \frac{ 4   - 2+4}{3}  \\  \\  \tt \to y=  \frac{6}{3}  \\  \\  \green{\tt  \to y=  2}  \\  \\    \green{\tt{\therefore Coordinate \: of \: centroid \: is \: (2,2)} }
