x₁=2;       x₂=-4;          x₃=5

y₁=2;       y₂=-4;          y₃=-8

centroid of triangle

=( (2+(-4)+5/3) (2+(-4)+(-8)) )

=( (2-4+5/3) (2-4-8/3) )

=( (3/3) (-10/3) )

=( (1) (-10/3) )

=-10/3
