Let the circumcenter of S(x,y) is SA=SB=SC

solve SA=SB (using distance formula),we get

x-2y+5=0.....(4)

solve SA=SC,we get

x-y-2+4=0.....(5)

Solve equ (4)&(5),we get

X=-3 & y=1

Cercumcenter (S)=S(-3,1)
