let ABC be the triangle.

side AB=x+y+2=0

BC=5x-y-2=0

CA=x-2y+5=0

solve x+y+2=0 and x-2y+5=0

you get x=-3, y=1 these are the coordinate of A

Similarly find coordinates of B=0,-2and C=1,3

let the coordinate of circumcentre P be x,y

PA=PB

(x+3)^2 + (y-1)^2=(x-0)^2 + (y+2)^2

simplify

x-y+1=0

similarly equate PB=PC

you will get similar equation

solve these two equations you will get values of x and y
