find the circumference and area of circle whose diameter is 14cm​

Given ,

Diameter =14 cm

Radius = Diameter /2
= 14/2
=7cm

We know that,

Circumference of circle =2πr
$= 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 7 \\ \\ = 44cm$

And

$area \: = \pi \: {r}^{2} \\ \\ = \frac{22}{7} \times 7 \times 7 \\ \\ = 154 {cm}^{2}$
