circumference=pie*2*r=pie*dia
1)22/7*14=44cm
2)22/7*10.5=33cm

(i)Radius of 1st circle=14/2=7cm
Circumference of a circle=2πr
Circumference of a circle=2*22/7*7
Circumference of a circle=44cm

(ii)Radius of a 2nd circle=10.5/2=5.25cm
Circumference of a circle=2πr
Circumference of a circle=2*22/7*5.25
Circumference of a circle=33cm
