2πr=2×22/7×10.5

=44/7×10.5

=44/7×10.5/1×10/10=150/10

=44/7×150/10

= 6600/70......,

 \to Circumference = 65.94 cm

Given ,

 \star Radius = 10.5 cm

We know that ,

  \large\fbox{  \fbox{\sf \:  \:  circumference \: of \: circle = 2 \pi r \:  \: }}

 \to \sf \: Circumference = 2 × 3.14 × 10.5 \\  \\  \to</p><p> \sf Circumference = 65.94  \: cm

 \therefore Circumference of the circle is 65.94 cm
