circumference = \pi \times d
C = 22÷7*3.5
C=11

circumference= perimeter of circle,

given: Diameter= 2 × Radius

Radius= Diameter÷ 2

R= 3.5÷2= 3.5/2metre

then we have

circumference= 2πR

= 2× 22/7×3.5/2

= 22×3.5÷7
= 22× 0.5

= 110 metre
