Hello mate here is your answer.....
given : area of the circle = 38

AREA OF A CIRCLE = πr^2

πr^2 = area
22/7 x r^2 = 38
r^2 = 38 x 7 /22
r = 3.48

Circumference = 2πr

2 x 22/ 7 x 3.48
= 21.25

Area of circle = 38.5

⇒ π r² = 38.5

 \sf \frac{22}{7} \: r {}^{2} = 38.5 \\ \\ \sf r {}^{2} = \frac{38.5 \times 7}{22} \\ \\ \sf r {}^{2} = \frac{269.5}{22} \\ \\ \sf r {}^{2} = 12.25 \\ \\ \sf r = \sqrt{12.25} \\ \\ \sf \therefore r = 3.5

Circumference = 2 π r

⇒ 2 × 22 / 7 × 3.5

⇒ 154 / 7

⇒ 22 cm
