sum of areas of three circle = area of required circle

4\pi + 9\pi + 36\pi = \pi {r}^{2}  \\ 49\pi = \pi {r}^{2}  \\  {r}^{2}  = 49 \\ r =  \sqrt{49}  = 7

radius of required circle is 7 cm

circumference of the required circle = 2πr

 = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 7 \\ =  2 \times 22 \\  = 44cm

circumference of the required circle is 44 cms
