rdius =  \frac{diameter}{2}

rdius =  \frac{4.2}{2}

rdius = 2.1

circumference of circle=2πr

 = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7} \times 2.1

 = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times  \frac{21}{10}

 = 44 \times  \frac{3}{10}

 = \frac{132}{10}

 = 13.2 \: answer
