As per the data given in the question,

We have to determine the circumference of the circle.

As we know that,

Circumference of circle is nothing but the total length of outer border of circle.

We know that,

Circumference of circle =2\Pi r

As per question,

It is given that,

\Pi = \frac{22}{7}\\r = 14\:cm

So, putting the values in the formula of Circumference of circle.

We will get,

2\Pi r\\=>2\times \frac{22}{7} \times 14\\=> 88\:cm

Hence, circumference of circle will be 88 cm.
