So,

The formula for Circumference for Semi Circle ⤵

$\dfrac { \cancel2 \times \pi \times r}{ \cancel2} \\ \\ = > \pi \times radius + 2 × Radius$

2 × Radius = Diameter

2 × Radius = 14 cm

Radius = $\dfrac{14}{2} \: cm$

Radius = 7 cm

Now, Circumference of semicircle => π × radius + 2 × Radius

Circumference ⤵
