Circumference of inner circle

r = 12.5 - 8.5 m

r = 4 m

\pi{r}^{2}

3.14  \times  {4}^{2}

3.14\times 16

50.24 \: {m}^{2}

Circumference of outer circle

r = 12.5 m

\pi {r}^{2}

3.14 \times  {12.5}^{2}

3.14 \times 156.25

490.625 \:  {m}^{2}
