circumference of semi circle = 2(pi)(r)/2 + 2(r) =

(pi)(r) + 2(r)

=> diameter = 14 , radius = 7.

=> (22/7)(7) + 2(7)

=> 22 + 14.

=> 36 cm.

hope it helps you

Answer :-

  • The circumference of semi-circle is 36cm.

Step-by-step explanation:

To Find :-

  • The circumference of semi-circle

Solution:

Given that,

  • Diameter of semi-circle = 14cm

Therefore,

Radius of semi-circle

=> 14/2 cm

=> 7cm

Now, According the question,

The circumference of semi-circle is,

As we know that,

Circumference of semi-circle = r(π+2) units,

Where,

  • π = 22/7
  • r = Radius

=> r ( π + 2 )

=> 7 ( 22/7 + 2 )

=> 7 × 36/7

=> 36 × 1

=> 36

Hence,

The circumference of semi-circle is 36cm.
