The area of cloth required to make a regular hexagonal table cover is equal to 2.39 m².

Given that the side of the regualar hexagonal table = a = 96 cm = 0.96 m

The formula for the area of the regular hexagonal table = (3√3/2)a²

= (3√3/2) × (0.96)²

= 2.39 m²

The Area of cloth required to cover the regular hexagonal table = Area of the regular hexagonal table

= 2.39 m².
