find the co ordinates of point where line 2x-3y=6 meets y-axis

Answer:

As the line will be meeting the y axis therefore the value of x should be zero

putting 0=x in equation 2x+3y=6

2*0+3y=6

y=6/3

y=2

therefore this line will touch the y axis on (0,2) coordinate
