Answer:

(4/7,0) and (0, -4/3)

Step-by-step explanation:

Graph 7x -3ý =4 cuts x axis ( y coordinate is 0)

therefore,

7x -3(0) =4

= 7x-0=4

= x =4/7

thus , coordinate =(4/7, 0)

Graph also cuts 7x-3ý=4 cuts y axis ( x coordinate is 0)

therefore,

7(0)-3ý=4

=0-3ý=4

=ý=(-4)/3

thus, coordinate =( 0, -4/3)

Answer:

At x-axis coordinate of the graph:- (4/7 , 0)

At y-axis coordinate of the graph:- (0 , -4/3)

Steps:-

Since for the graph of the equation 7x - 3y = 4, to cut on the x - axis, y has to be 0.

Therefore, Putting y = 0 in equation 7x - 3y = 4, we get:-

7x - 0 = 4

or, x = 4/7

And when the graph cuts y-axis, the coordinate of x-axis would be 0. Now putting x = 0 in 7x - 3y = 4

we get, -3y= 4

or, y= -4/3

therefore,

at x-axis coordinate is (4/7 , 0)

and at y-axis coordinate is ( 0, -4/3)
