a8 = 17/6
                            a8 = a + (n-1) d
                         17/6 = 1/2 +7d
                              d = 1/3
                            a4 = a + (n - 1) d
                                 = 1/2 + 3*1/3
                                 = 1/2+1
                                 = 3/2
