Answer:

Common difference of AP = 2

Step-by-step explanation:

Find the common difference of an ap whose general term is an=2n+1

nth Term of any AP is given by

an  = a  + (n-1)d

where d is the common difference and

a is the first term

an = 2n + 1

=> first term = a would be putting n = 1

=> a = 2(1) + 1

=> a = 3

hence

an = 3 + (n-1)d

an = 2n + 1

Equating both

3 + (n -1) d  = 2n + 1

=> (n-1)d = 2n - 2

=> (n-1)d = 2(n-1)

=> d  = 2

Common difference of AP = 2

Answer:

an=2n+1

A1=2+1=3

A2=4+1=5

A3=6+1=7

common difference (d)=7-5=2
